I found a "FTPSync FATAL error" in a log file. What to do?

The "FTPSync FATAL error" message means that FTPSync encountered a situation it can not (properly) handle. In most cases this is an error within FTPSync.

 

If you find the above text (usually at the end of the log file) do as follows:

• make sure you are using the latest version, as the problem may already be fixed

• if you are using the latest version, please report the problem (send complete log file, using /DEBUG switch) to support (at) cyberkiko (dot) com - I will research the problem and hopefully find a cure for it
